I arrived before noon and was ready for for bed as the sun set.
Meditation
I joined Mom on the back deck for some meditative Vitamin D (and coffee).
Variable
The weather can change quickly at the beach.

... a visitor. This little guy was a constant companion when we spent time out front.

Family Life
We enjoyed lunch at Jake's in del Mar w/ the Kirkwood's and Schwegler's.

The party continued after lunch at the park.

The primary upgrade during my visit - new, taller toilet w/ a bidet.

I also added a grab bar (so Mom didn't have to use the door knob).
Shaded
MUCH nicer option than the back deck on days when the sun is out.
Semi-Retired
VERY much enjoyed the time relaxing with Mom.

We headed to Alisa Beach on my final full day to enjoy breakfast at the beach.
